List of franchises in Pakistan (2026): who actually takes franchise enquiries

We checked brands' official websites to see which ones invite franchise enquiries in Pakistan, what they publish, and which famous names are closed to individual investors.

By the Strategic Synergy team Updated 3 min read

Key takeaways

  • We only list a brand if its own website invites franchise enquiries in Pakistan. Checked on 22 October 2026.
  • Food and café brands with franchise pages include Broadway Pizza, Gloria Jean's Coffees, Chaaye Khana, Ginsoy and O'Brownies (through Strategic Synergy).
  • Outside food, Bata, Servis and Stylo (retail) and TCS and Leopards (courier) take franchise applications.
  • KFC, McDonald's, Subway, Domino's, Burger King and Tim Hortons are each run in Pakistan by one operator, so they are not sold outlet by outlet to individuals.
  • Only a few brands publish figures. Ask every franchisor for a full cost breakdown in writing.

Most "franchises in Pakistan" lists online are directories of global brands with US cost figures attached, many of which aren't available to investors here at all. This list is different: we only include a brand if its own website invites franchise enquiries in Pakistan, and we only quote figures the brand publishes itself.

How we built this list

  • Checked brands' official websites on 22 October 2026.
  • Included a brand only where its own site has a franchise page or application form for Pakistan.
  • Quoted costs only where the brand publishes them. Where it doesn't, we say so.
  • Left out brands whose franchise links were broken, missing or contradictory.

Franchise programmes open and close. Always confirm directly with the brand before you rely on anything here.

Choosing a food franchise in Pakistan

Food is the largest franchise category in Pakistan, and formats vary a lot in what they ask of you:

  • Café and dessert concepts usually need a smaller site and a simpler kitchen than a full restaurant, and trade across the day and late into the evening.
  • Pizza and fast food rely heavily on delivery and promotions, with bigger kitchens and more staff.
  • Bakeries need production space and early starts, and depend on repeat local customers.

How to compare franchises

Frequently asked questions

Which franchises are available in Pakistan?

As of October 2026, brands whose official websites invite franchise enquiries include Broadway Pizza, Gloria Jean's Coffees, Chaaye Khana, Ginsoy, O'Brownies (through Strategic Synergy), Bata, Servis, Stylo, TCS and Leopards Courier. Availability changes, so confirm directly with the brand.

Which food franchise is best in Pakistan?

There is no single best one. Compare the total investment, royalty, the performance of existing outlets, the support offered and how much of your time it needs. A café or dessert concept usually needs a smaller site and kitchen than a full fast-food restaurant.

Can I get a franchise of an international brand in Pakistan?

Rarely as an individual. Brands such as KFC, McDonald's, Subway and Domino's are each run in Pakistan by a master franchisee or single operator that opens the outlets itself.

How much does a food franchise cost in Pakistan?

It varies widely. Gloria Jean's Coffees Pakistan quotes about Rs 50 million; Broadway Pizza's form lists investment capital options of PKR 20–45 million; O'Brownies café outlets come in brackets from under PKR 25 million to PKR 50 million.
